Welcome to Marquise (pronounced mar-key) Musings — a peek into my world as I experience it. Marquise is my name, and it signifies a rare cut diamond, while the definition of “musings” means “a product of contemplation.” With that said, this is a portal into my thoughts, experience, interests and more! Unlike the typical “web log” where there’s one main page of postings or random discussions, I wanted to showcase the different facets of my character to depict who I am: a new resident of Metro D.C., a film fanatic, a lover of all things organic, and a student of life.
